Hi everyone we are the CAVA Community Melbourne!!

We organise trips that are REALLY FUN, give back the community and help the environment at the same time.  Our mission as an organisation is to preserve Australia's wonderful natural places and care for our living, breathing planet. To do this we will head to Lyrebird Walk in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges to hike and clean!!

ITINERARY -

Saturday

10:00 Meet at picnic grounds

10:15 We will do a fun team building activity.

10:30 Start our hike

11:30 Will for a quick bite in the middle of the hike

11:45 Continue Hiking

12:30 Reach the finish point

12:35  Optional lunch at Grants on Sherbrooke

13:30 Say goodbye to all your new friends!!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

CONTRIBUTION - (Pay what you want - minumum $5)

INCLUDES - donation to CAVA, (if you want) website costs, meetups group cost, registration, leader expenses, equipment storage, equipment repair, insurance and some drinks.

DOES NOT INCLUDE - Transportation to the meeting location.

Train to Belgrave station 

then take bus 694 to Olinda 

or 663 to Monbulk

Car pooling

You will be sent a car pooling spreadsheet link by email after you register on our website. Use this to share transport with others on the adventure. Drivers negotiate costs.

TO BRING

1. Sensible shoes - No flip flops (hiking boots or trainers)

2. Water - You will need 2-3 liters of water for drinking.

3. Food to eat on the hike and lunch afterwards if you wish (Cafe food available)

CAVA Melbourne is a non-profit community devoted to preserving our environment by getting more people to interact with and appreciate our beautiful planet. All our adventures are run collaboratively and it’s important that participants help each other and their group leader during the adventure.

STRICT - If you change your mind you can cancel within 24 hours of payment but after this it is not possible to process a refund.
