Environmental Aims!!

1. Enjoy free food and a free t-shirt (breakfast, lunch and T-shirt provided) 

2. Explore the Langat river side

3. Have fun observing microbial community from aquatic samples

4. Enjoy nature related exhibitions like insect exhibition and activity on importance of insects to the ecosystem

5. Protect the environment and volunteer

6. Make lots of new friends!!

7. Take part in lots of fun activities

ITINERARY -

Sunday

1. Meet your cars and passengers at 7.00AM

(You will receive a transport sharing spreadsheet by email after you register on our website. You can use this to organise transport.)

2. Meet the whole group in the carpark

3. Registration at the event counter at  8AM

4. We will have an aerobics warm up session at 9.15AM

5. We will clean the river and/or paint the stairs and write environmental quotes

6. Exhibitions and other activities start at 10.15AM

7. Lucky draw and photography session will begin at 12.30pm

8. Head back to Kuala Lumpur by 1pm. Should arrive back in KL at 2PM or before.

CONTRIBUTION - Free

DOES NOT INCLUDE - Transportation to the meeting location.

Car pooling

1. Sensible shoes - No flip flops (hiking boots, waterproof shoes, sturdy work boots. No sandals or open shoes)

2. T-shirt & Long pants that are okay to get dirty

3. Water - It is hot in Malaysia, please keep yourself hydrated.
